Thank you for shopping with Dori & Co. Our Shipping Policy outlines shipping timelines, fees, and delivery conditions for domestic and international orders.
1. General Information
• All orders are processed within the stated production timelines for each product.
• Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistical delays.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Shipping Fees
• Prepaid orders
All prepaid orders qualify for free shipping within India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
COD orders are charged a delivery fee of INR 200.
Delivery Time
• Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days after dispatch.
• Remote or non serviceable areas may require additional time.
3. International Shipping
Shipping Fees
• Orders above INR 20,000
Free international shipping is provided for all orders valued above INR 20,000.
• Orders below INR 20,000
A flat shipping fee of INR 1,700 applies.
Customs, Duties and Import Charges
• Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional charges levied by your country must be paid by the customer.
• These charges vary by destination and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
Delivery Time
• International deliveries typically take 7 to 20 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
4. Order Processing Time
• Ready to ship items are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
• Made to order or customised pieces follow the production timeline mentioned on the product page.
• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
5. Tracking Your Order
• Tracking information will be shared once the order has been dispatched.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the courier’s system.
6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
• If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the customer is responsible for re shipping charges.
• In case of missed deliveries due to unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.
• Additional re delivery fees may apply.
7. International Restrictions
• Some countries impose restrictions on specific product categories.
• If your destination falls under restricted zones or items are disallowed by customs, the order may be cancelled or delayed.
